A Complex RO + UV System All Packed into a Simple & Beautiful Design

Stage 1 + 2: TCR Pre-Carbon Filter

This carbon block filter was compressed in a high temperature. It efficiently removes a suspended solid, rust debris in a first stage and it minimises a decrease in a flow caused by a turbidity material. It also eliminates chlorine, trihalomethane, organic chemicals in a second stage and protect the membrane filter.

Stage 3: TCR Membrane Filter

This filter removes dissolved pollutants (a molecular weight over 200, such as heavy metals, bacteria and organic chemical contaminants) through RO filtration using a semi-permeable membrane (0.0001㎛ pore size, 1/1,000,000 of hair) and the dissolved pollutants are discharged through brine tube. This filter is highly effective in removing harmful ionic substances (e.g. Fluoride), green algae, radioactive substances as well as heavy metals (mercury, lead, arsenic, iron, aluminium and a lot more)

Stage 4: TCR Post-Carbon Filter

The final filter removes dissolved gases and odours to improve the water taste as well as increasing the pH level of the water. This filter also provides the calcium supplements using CORAL SAND, a natural organic mineral. 

Stage 5: UV Steriliser

After the RO filtration, we've fitted a UV steriliser to ensure the water is absolutely bacteria and microorganism free. The UV steriliser kills microorganisms and destroying bacteria, viruses, protozoa and oocysts (parasites).
