The Osmio HT+ Home & Office Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis System is a clean and modern, leading technology Direct Flow (No tank) reverse osmosis system that will ensure your highly purified water is on demand, and much easier maintenance. A major benefit of Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis versus conventional tank-based reverse osmosis, is the huge level of water saved by Direct Flow, not to mention there is no need to sanitise the tank. Bacteria build up of tanks is a primary reason why many systems end up getting poor membrane performance and sanitary level, due to bacteria build up and membrane fouling.

The Osmio HT+ Home & Office Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis System is a digitally controlled reverse osmosis system with Smart Water capability. The system incorporates high quality filters, easy Plug & Play components and a digital controller which tracks filter lifetime as well as measure instantaneous water purity.

The system also comes equipped with a digital controller with Smart Water capabilities. HT+ continuously analyses the purified water and displays the results on screen. The system will know when water is consumed and immediately reverse flush the membrane filters afterwards to protect water quality. The Smart Water System does many things in the background such as track water temperature, errors and filter lifetime in order to give the highest up-time possible while delivering the best experience. With the push of a button or by looking at the bar graph on the display, the user will know exactly how many days are left until the next filter change. The system will also create a sound alarm when it is time to change the filters and even cut the water flow if it is surpassed significantly.

This system is covered under a 2 -year warranty for manufacturing defects and faults. Warranty support is provided on a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) or Return-to-Base basis.

• For DIY repairs, troubleshooting support will be provided and  replacement parts will be supplied, along with instructions to guide you through the process. (standard tools might be required such as spanner, plyers or screwdriver). 
• If a return is required, the system must be disconnected and fully emptied before shipping. Full disconnection and drain-down instructions will be provided to assist with this.

Here is a breakdown of all our warranties: 

Taps

Your Osmio Tap includes a 1-year warranty on the surface finish (soap and water cleaning only – no abrasive or corrosive chemicals) and a 3-year warranty on internal parts such as valves and O-rings. Replacement parts are supplied for DIY installation with clear video guides. Only basic tools are needed: a 2.5mm Allen key and a spanner.

To help prevent valve issues caused by limescale build-up, we strongly recommend using a reverse osmosis (RO) system and a water softener at the point of entry. If the tap becomes stiff to swivel, apply plumber’s silicone grease to protect the O-rings from damage.

Warranty excludes damage from misuse or improper installation.

Filter systems

Our filter systems include a 3-year warranty on housings and fittings, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Filter cartridges are consumable items and are not covered, as their lifespan depends on water quality and usage.

To maintain warranty coverage you must always read and follow the product manual and most importantly:

• Install a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to ensure pressure does not exceed the system's maximum rating (as specified in the manual).

• Use on mains-pressure cold water only.

• Protect from freezing, direct sunlight, and physical damage.

• Replace filters at the recommended intervals.

• Do not overtighten housings during maintenance.

Warranty excludes damage caused by excessive pressure, incorrect installation, neglect, or failure to maintain the system properly.
